ADAI DOSAI / VEG OMELET

DSC_0173Adai/Veg omelet is made with rice and mixed dal without any eggs. it has a lot of nutrients and  a fulfilled breakfast food.


Ingredients

  1. Rice-1 cup
  2. Toor dal-1/2 cup
  3. Channa dal-1/2 cup
  4. Basmati rice-2 teaspoon
  5. Urad dal-2 teaspoon
  6. Hing-1/4 teaspoon
  7. Redchilli-7 to 8
  8. Curry leaves-10
  9. Onion-1
  10. Carrot-1
  11. Salt -to taste

Preparation Method
Soak the rice,toordal,channa dal,basmati rice,urad dal for 5 to 6 hours.

Add red chilli,hing,water and grind it in a coarse batter

Cut the onion and curry leaves.Add salt in it.

Shred the carrot over it and mix it well.Pour the batter in the tawa with little oil and flip it to  the other side.

Adai is ready to Serve.Eat adai with Aviyal or Chutneys
