Ingredients
- Onion-1
- Tomato-1 1/2
- Carrot-2
- Beans-15
- Potato-1
- Green peas-1 cup
- Cumin seeds-1 teaspoon
- Ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
- Chilli powder-3/4 teaspoon
- Garam masala
- Salt- to taste
- Oil -4 teaspoon
- Water- 2 cups
Method
Heat Oil in a pan and add cumin seeds then add onion.
Saute it with little salt. Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder and fry it till the raw smell goes off.
Add tomato,saute it till it gets smashing consistency.
Add chilli powder fry it for a minute then add vegetables in it with enough water and cook it well.
Finally add garam masala and coriander leaves.
Let it cool down.
Take 4 bread slices and apply butter or ghee on one side of the bread.Place the bread on the sandwich maker.(Make sure butter side touches the sandwich maker)
Place the masala and cover it with another bread.
close the sandwich maker and let it take a min. to cook.
Masala Sandwich is ready to serve.
