Ingredients
Coconut oil-2 teaspoon
To Grind
Toor dal-1 1/2 teaspoon
Rice-1 1/2 teaspoon
Method
Take rice and toor dal and soak this for 15 mins.
Take a bowl of butter milk, add turmeric powder and hing.
Paste the ingredients given under the column "to grind" and mix it with the buttermilk and add salt to it.
Heat the pan with coconut oil and mustard and urad dal,fennugreek seeds, after the mustard seeds starts to crackle,add ladies finger(You can add your favorite vegetable) and fry it well.(Ladies finger must be cooked well before adding into buttermilk)
Add the buttermilk and boil it in a medium flame.(Don’t mix it in between).once the buttermilk starts to raise, switch off the flame.
More Kuzhambu is ready to serve
