CAULIFLOWER POTATO FRY

Recipe Highlights
Potato cauliflower fry is the one of the best side dish for rice and chapatti.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 15 - 30 Mins

Cauliflower-1
Potato-2
Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon
Chilli powder-1 teaspoon
Oil-2 to 3 teaspoon

Hing – a pinch

Mustard and Urad dal-1 teaspoon

Salt- to taste


Method
Step :1
Cut the cauliflower into small florets. Boil the water with little turmeric powder. Switch off the flame and add cauliflower into it.let them be in the hot water for 5 minutes.

Step 2:

Cut the potato into small cubes.

Step 3:

Heat oil in a pan add mustard and urad dal.When it started crackling add turmeric powder.

Step 4:

   Then add cauliflower and potato into it.mix it well.Add chilli powder ,hing and salt.

Step 5:
Sprinkle little water and close it with lid and let them cook it for 15 to 20 minutes.Mix it occasionally.Serve it with rice or chapathi.

Cauliflower potato fry is ready to serve.
