KALA CHANNA SUNDAL

Ingredients
Kala channa –2 cups
Coconut-3 tsp
Salt- to taste
To Temper
Oil-2 tsp
Red Chilli-3 to 4
Hing-less than 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves –1 sprig
Method
Soak the channa overnight. Cook it in a pressure cooker  for 5 to 6 whisles.

Drain the excess water and keep it aside.Temper the given ingredients in the above column one by one.

Add the kala channa into it and mix it salt.

Finally add some coconut and mix it well.

Channa sundal is ready to serve.
