LADIES FINGER FRY / VENDAKAI FRY

Recipe Highlights
Best side for rice and chappathi.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 10 - 15 Mins
Ladies finger  - 500 gm
Turmeric powder –1 /4 tsp
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 4 tsp
Mustard and Urad dal –1 tsp
Curry leaves – 5 to 7
Salt – to taste
To Grind
Coconut – 4 tsp
Cumin seed –1 tsp

Method
Step :1
Chop the ladies finger. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard and urad dal. When it splutters add the ladies finger in it.

Step 2:
Put turmeric,chilly powder and salt in to it. Mix it well. Fry it for 10 min.

Step 3:
Grind the ingredients given above in the column “To grind”

Step 4:
After 10 min. add the grinded coconut in to it and fry it for 2 to 4 minutes. Finally add curry leaves.

Ladies finger / Vendakai Fry is now ready to serve.
