PANEER BUTTER MASALA

Paneer butter masala is one of the mouth watering  dish and it’s liked by more people from different country.
Ingredients Cooking Time :  45 Mins
Onion-2
Tomato-3
Cashewnuts-10 to 12
Butter or ghee-4 tsp
Cinnamon sticks-3 nos.
Cardamom –3 nos.
Kasoori methi –1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Redchilli powder-1/2 tsp
Milk-3/4 cup
Sugar-1 tsp
Red color- a pinch
Paneer-1 pocket
Salt-to taste

Method
Step :1
Chop the onion and tomato.Heat the pan with oil and add onion, tomato and cashewnuts.

Step 2:
Add ginger garlic paste and saute it till the raw smell goes off.

Step 3:
Add chili powder and fry it for another 5 min and  let them cool down for some minutes and  grind them into a fine paste.

Step 4:
Heat another pan with butter or ghee and add cinnamon,cardamom.Add the grinded paste into it.

Step 5:
Add a tsp of crushed kasoori methi and mix it well. Reduce the flame and simmer it.

Step 6:
Add the milk little by little and mix it well . Add sugar, salt in it.

Step 7:
Add red color in it.Cut the paneer into cubes and mix it with the gravy and cook it for 3 min.

Paneer Butter Masala is now ready to serve with pulav or chapatti.
