RAVA KESARI

Ingredients
  1. Sooji/Rava – 1 cup (Roasted)
  2. Sugar –  2 cup if u r sweet toothed
  3. Water – 2 cups
  4. Kesari color- 2 pinches (Yellow/Orange) 
  5. Ghee – 50 ml
  6. Cashews – 10
  7. Cardamom -Powdered pinches
PREPARTION

1. Heat 50 ml of ghee in a kadai and fry the cashews till it becomes golden brown.

2. Now add 2 cups of water ,Powdered Cardamom and Kesari color (Yellow/Orange)  in a kadai and let it boil for few minutes.

3.When the water starts to boil, reduce the flame completely to simmer.

4. Add the roasted Rava with one hand while continuously stirring the mixture with the other hand.

5. Mix well till all the water gets absorbed by the Rava.

6. After 7 minutes , Rava will be well cooked and soft. Now add 2 cup of sugar and Keep stirring continuously.

7. During Mixture of sugar ,small lumps may be formed keep stirring continuously so that the lumps dissolve and the mixture becomes thick.

8. After 3 minutes Rava Kesari is ready for Serve
