RAVA / SOOJI LADOO

Ingredients
Roasted Rava / Sooji – 4 cups
Brown sugar –1 3/4 cups (you can also add granulated sugar)
Milk-less than 1 cup
To Fry
Ghee-2 tsp
Chopped Cashew nuts- 10 to 12
Raisin - 5
Cardamom powder – a pinch
Method
If u have Roasted Sooji then directly add sugar or otherwise Roast the Sooji in a pan till it comes light brown in color.

Cool down it for few min. then add brown sugar and mix it well.

Fry the ingredients mentioned in the above column and and mix it with Sooji.

Add Milk little by little and make small ladoos.

Sooji Ladoo is ready to serve.
