Ingredients
Dosa Batter
Tomato –1 finely chopped
Oil or ghee – 1/2 tsp
Method
Chop the tomatoes and deseed it .Heat the dosa pan and pour the dosa batter.
Spread some tomatoes and drizzle some oil or ghee around the dosa and cook it
in a medium flame for 2 minutes or till gets golden color.
Flip it over the dosa and cook it for another 2 minutes or till tomatoes gets golden in color.
Tomato uthappam is now ready to serve with chutney or Idli podi.
