VEGETABLE FRIED RICE

Recipe Highlights
I tried little bit Spicy  in my vegetable fried rice. If don’t want much spicy in your fried rice then reduce the quantity of the chilli sauce and pepper powder.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 1 hour
Onion-1
Carrot,Beans,Cabbage,Green peas –each 1 cup
Capsicum-1/2
Ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon
Soya sauce-1  teaspoon
Chilli sauce- 2 to 3 teaspoon
Pepper powder-2 teaspoon
Oil-3 to 4 teaspoon  
Spring onion - 2   
Salt-to taste
To Prepare Rice

Rice-2 cups
Water -3 cups
Salt-1 teaspoon
Oil-1 teaspoon

Method
Step :1
Soak the rice for 1/2 hour. Add the oil and salt into the rice then boil the rice

Step 2:

Cut the vegetables.Heat the oil in a pan

Step 3:

Add the onions and sauté it with little salt for faster cooking.

Step 4:

Add ginger garlic paste and sauté it till the raw smell goes. then add  the vegetables

Step 5:
Add soya sauce and cook the vegetables. Once the vegetables half done cooked
Add chilli sauce and saute it for a minute.

Step 6:
Add pepper powder and spring onion and mix it well. Mix the cooked Rice.(It should not be hot)

Vegetable Fried Rice is ready to serve.
