Ingredients
- Carrot-1 cup
- Beans-1 cup
- Onion-1 medium size
- Tomato-1 1/2
- Green peas-1 cup
- Potato-1
- (You can add your favorite vegetable. e.g Cauliflower, broccoli)
- Coriander and mint leaves -small amount
- Salt -to taste
To Fry
- Oil-1 teaspoon
- Coconut - 4 teaspoon
- Red chilli-7
- Fennel seeds-1 teaspoon
- Cashewnuts-1 teaspoon
- Ginger and garlic paste-1 teaspoon
Method
Cut the vegetables and cook it in a pressure cooker for 3 to 4 whistles
Heat the oil and add all the ingredients given under to fry column. Saute till it becomes golden brown. Switch off the flame and let it cool down.
Grind the ingredients and make it a paste
Mix the paste onto the cooked vegetables and let them boil for 5 mins.
Add salt and coriander and mint leaves.
Serve it with chapathi
