BLUEBERRY MUFFIN

   Blueberry muffin is a one of the delicious and  mouthwatering muffin. We picked fresh blueberries from the farms for this recipe.In this recipe i used half a cup of fresh blueberries if u like more blueberries in your muffin then add 1 cup. I used Brown sugar, you can also use the granulated sugar  and  instead of oil you can use butter also. My family love this muffin for weekend breakfast. Very few ingredients needed to do this muffins. Lets see how to make this  with simple procedure.




Ingredients
Blueberries – 1/2 cup
All purpose Flour / Maida – 1 cup
Baking Powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – a pinch
Vanilla Extract – 1 teaspoon
Brown  Sugar – 1/2 cup
Milk – less than 1/4 cup
Oil – 1/4 cup

Method
Sift All purpose flour, Baking powder, Salt in a Mixing bowl.

Take another mixing bowl and add oil and sugar, mix it well. Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract in it.

Wash the blueberries and dust some all purpose flour in it and mix it well so that the blueberries  will not settle down in the bottom.

Mix the dry ingredients in to the oil mixture and add milk little by little and fold it gently.

Mix the blueberries and fold it gently.

Spray the pan with oil and pour the mixture.Preheat the oven to 350F / 180C and bake it  for 20 minutes or inserted tooth pick comes out clear.

Let it cool in the pan for atleast 30 minutes.
