BUTTER NAAN

IngredientsCooking Time : 45 - 60 Mins
All purpose flour – 3 cups
Yeast – 1 teaspoon
Lukewarm Water – 1 cup
Salt- 1 teaspoon
Sugar – 1 teaspoon
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Milk – less than 1/2 cup


Method
Step :1  Add the yeast  in the lukewarm water and keep it aside.Take All purpose flour in a bowl and add sugar,salt and oil.

Step :2 Mix the milk in the yeast and add them  into the flour little by little  till to make a soft dough.

Step :3 Keep it aside for 30 minutes ,now the quantity of  the dough is double in size.Make it as small balls, dust the platform with all purpose flour,  roll it using chapatti roller to shape the naan.

Step :4 Put it in the hot dosa pan and lets wait till it puffed up and turn over and cook it till  it turns into golden brown. Apply some butter over the naan..
