EGG FRIED RICE

Ingredients
Basmati rice – 2 cups
Water – 3 cups (If u r going to cook  it in a pressure cooker then take 4 cups of water )
Oil – 5 teaspoon
Egg – 3
Onion – 1
Green peas – 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Soya sauce – 1 teaspoon
Chili sauce – 2 teaspoon
Pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – to taste

Method
Soak the rice for half and hour . Add a teaspoon of oil and a teaspoon of salt in it  and  cook the rice.

Chop the onions. Beat the eggs with little salt.

Heat one teaspoon of  oil in a pan and put the beaten eggs and  scramble it.Transfer it into a plate.

Heat 3 teaspoons of oil in a same pan. Add the onions and sauté it with little salt.

Add ginger garlic paste and fry it till the raw smell goes. Add the green peas and fry it with a teaspoon of soya sauce for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes add chili sauce and pepper powder and mix it well

Add the scrambled egg and toss it.

Finally add the cooked rice(It should not be hot ) and mix it well.

Egg Fried rice is now ready to serve.
