Ingredients
- Ladies finger – 300 g
- Big size onion- 1
- Chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Oil – 3 to 4 tsp
- Salt as per taste
Method of preparation
1.Chop onion and ladies finger first2.Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seeds.when it splutters,add chopped onions first
3.Saute it for a few mins.Then add chopped ladies finger
4.Saute it now and then. Add extra oil if needed(add 1/2 tsp of curd to avoid stickiness between ladies fingers)
5.When it is half cooked,add salt and chilli powder
6.When the ladies finger is well cooked,switch off the flame.
7.Now Ladies finger poriyal is ready to taste
8.Add 1 tsp of grated coconut at the end of the time and saute it .(optional)
