BANANA BREAD(USING WHEAT FLOUR)

Recipe Highlights
Healthy bread with walnuts
Ingredients Cooking Time : 60 Mins
Bananas – 3
Wheat Flour – 3  cups
All purpose flour – 1 cup
Baking Powder – 1 teaspoon
Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
Oil – 1/4 cup
Brown Sugar – 1 1/2 cup (You can use also granulated sugar)
Vanilla Extract – 1 teaspoon
Walnut – 1/2 cup(chopped)
 

Method
Step :1
Sift the wheat flour,all purpose flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt together. Take the bananas and mash it with sugar. Add vanilla essence and mix it well gently.

Step 2:

Add the flour into the banana mixture and mix it gently.

Step 3:

Mix oil in to the banana batter.chop the walnuts and mix it.

Step 4:


Grease the pan with little butter or oil and spread the batter.Preheat the oven for 325 F and bake it for  50 minutes.Check whether it cooked or not by Inserting the toothpick or knief, if it comes out clear means its done perfectly.
