INSTANT FINGER MILLET FLOUR DOSA / RAGI DOSA

Recipe Highlights
Ragi dosa / Finger Millet Flour dosa I have used here idly dosa batter to make the dosa instantly.I just added raw onion and green chilli. You can also saute it with little oil if u want.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 20 to 30 Mins
Ragi Flour / Finger Millet Flour  -  1 cup
Dosa Batter – 2 cups
Salt – less than 1/4 teaspoon
Green chilli – 2
Onion – 1/2
Coriander leaves
Water – as needed

Method
Step :1
Take Ragi flour , dosa batter and mix it  together. Add little salt in it.(You have already added salt in your dosa batter).

Step 2:

Add the chopped onions and green chillies.

Step 3:

And also add coriander leaves.Mix all together.Add water as needed to thin the batter.Pour the batter into the dosa pan.

Step 4:

Drizzle with oil/ghee and cook both sides in a medium flame.

Serve it with sambar or chutney.
