Ingredients
Onion –1 finely chopped
Dosa Batter – 1 cup
Oil / Ghee – 1/2 tsp
Method
Pour the dosa batter in the Hot Dosa Pan. Add some finely chopped onion and drizzle some oil or ghee around the dosa. Cook the dosa in a medium flame for 2 minutes or till it gets golden colour.
Flip it over the other side and cook it for another 2 minutes or till the onion gets golden in color.
Now Onion Uthappam is ready to serve with chutney or Idly podi
