EGGLESS VANILLA SPONGE CAKE

Recipe Highlights
One of the basic cake and easy to make.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 45 Mins
All purpose Flour – 1 cup 
Baking Powder – 1 teaspoon
Baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon 
Butter – 1/4 cup 
Milk – less than 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar – 1 cup
Vanilla Extract – 1 teaspoon

Method
Step :1
Sift the  flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt together.Beat the butter and sugar.The butter should be in room temperature.  Add vanilla essence and mix it well.

Step 2:

Add the flour into butter and mix it gently. Add milk little by little and beat it.

Step 3:

Grease the pan with little butter or oil and spread the batter.(You will pour the batter half way up the pan)Preheat the oven for 350 F and bake it for  30 minutes.Check whether it cooked or not by Inserting the toothpick or knief, if it comes out clear means its done perfectly.
