Onion - 1 Tomato - 1 Butter or oil – 2 teaspoon Capsicum – 1/2 Baby corn – 10 –12 pieces Paneer – 1/2 cup Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon Chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon | Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder – 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder – 1/4 teaspoon Water – 1/2 cup Sugar – 1/4 teaspoon Lemon juice – 1/2 teaspoon Tomato puree – 1 teaspoon Coriander leaves Salt – to taste |

Step :1 Chop the onion,capsicum,tomato,paneer and baby corn.Heat butter in a pan,add onions and saute it with little salt.When it comes to transparent add ginger garlic paste and saute it till the raw smell goes off. | |
Step 2: Add the capsicum,baby corn and paneer one by one and saute it for 2 minutes. | |
Step 3: Now add turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder and garam masala powder and mix it well and after a minute add paneer. | |
Step 4: Add little water and allow it to boil.Then finally add tomato puree,sugar and lemon juice. | |
Step 5: Garnish it with coriander leaves. | |
Babycorn Paneer stir fry is now ready to serve.
