BREAD BHAJI

Recipe Highlights
Easiest evening time snack.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 10 Mins
Besan Flour – 1 cup
Baking soda – less than 1/4 teaspoon
Chilli powder –1/4 teaspoon
Hing – a pinch
Bread Slices – 3 to 4
Salt - to taste
Oil –For deep frying

Method
Step :1
In a mixing bowl sift the besan flour first,then add chilli powder,bakingsoda,hing, and salt.Add water and mix it nicely.The batter should not be too thick nor watery.It should coat the bread when dipped to it.

Step 2:
Heat oil in a pan.Cut off the edges of the bread and cut them into your desired shape. Dip each bread slices in the batter and fry it in a hot oil.Fry both sides until golden in color and take them out.Put them in a Kitchen paper towel.


Repeat the same procedure for the remaining slices.

Bread Bhaji is now ready to serve.
