Vazhakkai Roast is more easy to prepare on weekdays.Kids like to eat this more.
Ingredients
- Green plaintain/Vazhakkai – 1 (big)
- Chili powder – 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Oil – 4 tsp
Preparation Method
1.Cut the Vazhakkai with out peel as like shown in the figure.2.Add 1 tsp of oil,Chili powder,pepper powder and salt one by one.
3.Mix it well and keep it aside for 5 min.Heat 2 tsp of oil in a tawa,Keep the vazhakkai as like shown in the figure.
4.Check it if both the sides are well roasted.
5.Now vazhakkai roast is ready to serve.
