THUKKADA / SPICY DIAMOND CUTS

Recipe Highlights
Easy to make tea time snack.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 30 Mins
All Purpose Flour – 1 cup
Redchilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Hing – 1/4 teaspoon
Salt – as needed
Water – as needed
Oil – for frying

Method
Step :1
Take a mixing bowl,add all purpose flour,chilli powder,hing,salt and water to make like a chapati dough.

Step 2:

Make small balls and roll like a chapati using rolling pin.

Step 3:

Using knife or pizza cutter cut the dough in to small diamond pieces.
Heat oil for frying.Add diamond pieces into the hot oil and fry it till it becomes crisp.Turn them frequently and fry them on both sides.
Take them out and keep it in a kitchen towel and dry the excess oil.
Store it in a airtight container.
