Ingredients
- Plantain pith –1 no
- Curd – 2 tsp
- oil- 2 tsp
- Red chili – 1
- Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
- curry leaves few
- salt as per taste
- Scrubbed coconut– 2 tsp
- Green chili – 1(long)
- Small onion – 2 nos
- cumin seeds – 1 tsp
1.In a vessel,Take 2 glass of water.Add 2 tsp of curd into it.Mix it well.Chop plantain pith finely and put into the curd water to retain its color.
2.Allow this to boil in a pan.When it is half cooked,add sufficient salt into it.Grind all the things mentioned below ‘To Grind’
3.Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds.When it is spluttered,Add pinched red chili,curry leaves.Add boiled plantain pith and ground paste into it.
4.Saute it for few seconds.
5.Now plantain pith poriyal is ready to serve.
