| Step :1 Sift the all purpose flour,cocoa powder,baking soda,salt and sugar in a mixing bowl.Mix it well. |     |
| Step 2: Then add oil,vinegar,vanilla extract and water.Mix it with hand blender until no more lumps. |    |
| Step 3: Grease the pan with little oil and pour the batter.(You will pour the batter half way up the pan) Preheat the oven to 350 F / 180 C Bake it for 30 minutes or until the inserted tooth pick comes out clear. Let it cool down for some minutes. |    |
