OATS DOSA

Healthy Breakfast recipe.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 10 Mins
Oats – 4 cups
Urad dal – 1 cup
Fenugreek seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste

Method
Step :1
Wash and Soak the urad dal and fenugreek seeds for 5 to 6 hours.
Soak the oats for 10 minutes before grinding.
First grind the urad dal and fenugreek seeds till gets a nice smooth paste.Remove it from the mixer and keep it aside.

Step 2:

Then grind the oats with little water when it comes to smooth paste consistency mix it with urad dal mixture and add salt and mix it well.

Let them ferment for 7 to 8 hours.

Step 3:

Take a  pan and pour batter and  make dosa.spread some oil over the top of the dosa and cook it in a medium flame, then flip it over and cook it for another minute

Serve it with chutney(Onion Tomato Chutney) or sambar.(Tiffin Sambar)

Oats Dosa  is now ready to serve.
