PESARATTU / GREEN GRAM DOSA

Healthiest Breakfast recipe.Easy to make.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 15 Mins
Whole Green Moong – 1 cup
Rice – 1/2 cup
Green chilli – 3 to 4
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Ginger – 2 small pieces
Onion - 1
Salt – to taste
Oil

Method
Step :1
Soak whole green moong,rice for overnight and grind it in a blender along with greenchilli,ginger,cumin seeds by adding water little by little till it gets dosa consistency batter.Add salt.

Step 2:

Chop the onions and mix in it.
Heat dosa pan and pour batter and spread it.Add oil and cook it  and Flip it over and cook it for a minute.
Serve the hot dosa with coconut chutney or your favorite chutney.

Pesarattu green gram dosa is now ready to serve.
