MILAGAI BAJJI




Recipe Highlights
Milagai bajji is more tasty Snack  forever.I Love it more.
Ingredients Cooking Time :10 – 15 Mins
Bajji Milagai – 250g
Raw rice flour- 100 g or 1 cup
Gram flour – 100 g or 1 cup
Maida or all purpose flour – 100 g or 1 cup
Chili powder – 3 tsp(as per taste)
Hing -  a pinch
Oil- To fry
Salt - to taste

Method
Step :1
Cut bajji milagai first as like shown in the figure.Add 1 tsp of salt and mix it well.

Step 2:

In a bowl,Mix raw rice flour,gram flour,maida,chilli powder,salt,hing with water without lumps.This mixture should not be watery.

Step 3:
Toast the bajji milagai  well on both sides and fry it well.

Milagai bajji  is now ready to serve.
