Step :1

Step 2:

Step 3:
Take another pan and add jaggery and very little water.after it dissolves strain the impurities and let it boil for a minute. Then add the cooked bengal gram and cardamom powder and boil it 5 minutes or till it gets thickened.Switch off the flame and let it cool down for some more minutes. Step 4:
After 2 hours take the dough and make a small ball, half the size of the filling ball.Cover the filling and remove the excess flour and press it gently and roll it like a chapatti. Step 5:
Heat the pan and place the poli and cook it for a minute and turn over and cook it for another minute.Apply ghee on both sides and remove it from the pan.
