Step :1
Heat oil in a pan add onions and garlic and saute it for a minute.then add the vegetables you have.Then add basil leaves,redchilli flakes and salt, and fry it for 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 2:
Take a baking pan spray it with butter or oil. Pour little red sauce and spread it.Then arrange the lasagna sheets.Pour little red sauce and spread it.Put some fried vegetables and spread it.
Cover the vegetables with some white sauce and spread it Finally spread some cheese over them.

Step 3:
Once done layering cover the pan, with aluminum foil.
Preheat the oven to 350 F and cook it for first 20 minutes,then remove the aluminum foil and again cook it another 15 minutes.
Cool down for some more minutes and cut them in to pieces and serve. | |
Vegetable lasagna is now ready to serve.
