VEGETABLE SOUP

Recipe Highlights
Healthy vegetable soup with simple ingredients.You can choose your favorite vegetables.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 15 Mins
Carrot – 1/4 cup
Beans – 1/4 cup
Broccoli – 4 to 5 florets or cauliflower
Mushroom – less than 1/4 cup
Water – 5 cups
Corn flour – 1 1/2 tablespoon
Pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Oil – 2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste

Method
Step :1
Chop all the vegetables finely.
Heat oil in a pan.Fry all the vegetables in a high flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
Take a mixing bowl add cornflour,add little water  and make a smooth paste(to avoid lumps).Then add the remaining water.
After 5 minutes add the cornflour water and allow it boil for 3 to 4 minutes.It starts to thicken. Finally add salt and pepper powder.

Vegetable soup is now ready to serve.
