AVOCADO CHAPATHI

Recipe Highlights
Avocado chappati is a healthy breakfast / dinner recipe.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 20 Mins
Whole wheat flour –2 cup
Avacoda - 1
Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Redchilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Oil – as needed.

Method
Step :1
Wash avocado and cut them in to halves and remove the seed.
Scoop out them using spoon.Mash it with potato masher.
Add chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,salt,whole wheat flour and oil .add enough water to make a soft dough.

Step 2:

Let them rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
Make equal size balls.Roll them into chapathi using rolling pin.

Step 3:

Heat the pan and put the Chapathi,drizzle oil and cook them on both sides till brown spots appear.
Serve hot with pickle and curd or with your favorite masala.

Avocado chapathi is now ready to serve.
