Step :1
Chop bitter gourd finely as like shown in the figure. | |
Step 2:
Boil bitter gourd first in exactly 1 cup of water. | |
Step 3:
Soak tamarind in half cup of water for 10 minutes. | |
Step 4:
Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds.When it splutterred,add chopped onions.saute it well till it becomes transparent. | |
Step 5:
Then add boiled bitter gourd.Add salt and chili powder into it.saute it for few seconds. | |
Step 6:
Now extract tamarind water from the soaked tamarind.Add the water into the above. | |
Step 7:
Add 1 tsp of sugar at the end of time.saute it for 2 minutes.switch off the flame. | |
