WHOLE GREEN GRAM LADDU / PASI PAYURU LADDU

Recipe Highlights
Tasty and Healthy sweet laddu.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 15 Mins
Whole green gram – 1 cup
Sugar – 3/4  to 1 cup
Ghee – 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts -few
Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Method
Step :1
Add green gram in  a pan and dry roast it in a low flame till they get nice aroma and they change in color.Switch off the flame and let it cool.
Put them in to mixer and grind it coarsely.transfer them in to a mixing bowl.
Then in the same mixer add sugar and grind them finely.Mix it with green gram powder and also add cardamom powder.

Step 2:

Heat a teaspoon of ghee and roast the cashew nuts till they become golden brown and mix it with flour mixture.
Heat  the remaining ghee and mix it with laddu mixture little by little and make balls.

Green gram Laddu is now ready to serve.
