Recipe Highlights
Healthy and tasty ladoo.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 30 Mins
Ragi flour – 1 cup
Sugar or Brown sugar – 1/2 cup powdered
Ghee – 3 tablespoon
Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Cashewnuts – 2 tablespoon



Method
Step :1
Heat ghee in a  pan.Add the ragi flour.Toast it for 20 minutes in a low flame.Nice aroma comes out.

Step 2: 

Then add the fried cashewnuts ,cardmom powder and mix it well.Switch off the flame and let them cool down completely.
Then add the powdered sugar and make small balls like ladoos.Repeat the same procedure for the remaining flour.

Ragi ladoo is now ready to serve.
