SESAME SEEDS CHUTNEY

Recipe Highlights
Best side dish for Curd rice and Black Uraddal Rice.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 10 Mins
Sesame seeds – 100 gms
Redchilli – 6 to 8
Oil –1 teaspoon
Tamarind – very little piece
Jaggery or Palm sugar – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste

Method
Step :1
Heat pan in a medium flame and dry roast the sesame seeds.It starts to pop out for 2 to 3 minutes.Stir it continuously.Don’t Burn.After the sounds completely settled down Transfer this into a bowl.

Step 2:

In the same pan add a teaspoon of oil and fry the redchilli for few seconds till it changes it color, then transfer it into a bowl.
Let them completely cooldown for few minutes.
In the mixer bowl put the sesame seeds,redchilli,salt,tamarind and jaggey and grind it with very little water to make a smooth paste.

Sesame seeds chutney is now ready to serve.
