WHOLE GREEN GRAM VADA / SIRUPAYURU VADAI

Ingredients Cooking Time : 10 Mins
Whole Greengram/ Sirupayuru – 1 cup
Greenchilli - 2
Ginger – a small piece
Onion - 1
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves
Salt - to taste

Method
Step :1
Soak green gram for one hour and drain the water.
In the mixer,add whole green gram,greenchilli,ginger and make a coarse paste.

Step 2:

In the mixture,add chopped onion,cumin seeds,curry leaves and salt and mix it well.
Heat oil for frying.Then put the  vada’s and fry till both sides become golden brown.
Serve hot with your favorite chutney.

Whole greengram vadai is now ready to serve.
