BROCCOLI PARATHA

Recipe Highlights
Healthy broccoli paratha with simple ingredients.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 20 Mins
Broccoli – 1 bunch
Ginger – a small piece
Green chilli  - 2
Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1/4 teaspoon
Salt – to taste

For dough Wheat Flour – 2 cups
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Oil – 2 teaspoon
Water – as needed

Method
Step :1
Wash the broccoli and grind coarsely along with ginger and green chilli or grate the broccoli.

Heat oil in a pan,add grinded broccoli and fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.Then add Turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder and garam masala and fry it till the water evaporates.It takes 3 to 5 minutes.
Let  them cool down completely.

Step 2: 

Prepare the dough with the ingredient given above in the column.close it with lid and  Let them rest for 20 minutes.
Dust the chappathi dough with little flour and roll it into a thick circle.Spread broccoli mixture,gather the dough from all the sides as shown in figure.Start rolling gently,dust it with flour if needed.

Step 3: 

Heat griddle and cook the  paratha,drizzle little oil and cook on both sides until brown spots appear.
Serve hot with pickle and curd.

Broccoli paratha is now ready to serve.
