VEGETABLE SPRING ROLL

Recipe Highlights
Spring rolls are an easy to make starter.You can add your favorite vegetables for filling.
Ingredients Cooking Time :30 Mins
Onion – 1/2
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 teaspoon
Carrot - 1
Cabbage – 1 cup
Beans – 3 to 5
Soy sauce – 1 teaspoon
Maida flour – 1 tablespoon
Salt - to taste
Spring roll sheets
Chilli sauce – 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Oil – for frying

Method
Step :1
Heat oil in a pan and add onions and saute it with little salt.Then add ginger garlic paste and saute it till the raw smell goes off.
Then add the vegetables,soy sauce and saute it in a high flame for 3 to 5 minutes.
Finally add chilli sauce,pepper powder and salt and mix it well.Switch off the flame.Allow them to cool down.

Step 2:

I have used frozen spring roll sheets.Keep it out for an hour before starting.
Make a thick paste of maida with little water.
Take one sheet and keep the stuffing  (about 2 teaspoon) in  one corner.
Take the corner and roll to cover the stuffing until half way.
In the center,fold over the corners and roll up.
Apply little maida paste on the edges  to seal it and roll them tightly.
Repeat the same procedure for the rest of them.

Step 3:

Keep oil for frying and place the spring rolls.Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Vegetable spring roll is now ready to serve.
