Step :1
Boil the potatoes and peel them.Shred the potatoes or mash it with hands.
Add turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder ,salt and coriander leaves.
You can also add finely chopped onions and green chillies.(Optional)

Step 2: Take a mixing bowl,add wheat flour,salt,oil and water.mix everything and make a soft dough.Let them rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
Divide the dough in to 5 to 6 equal lemon sized balls.
Dust a little flour and roll out the dough into circle.

Step 3: Dust it with little flour and roll it down gently like chapatti.
Heat the pan and put the rolled out paratha.
Spread little oil to all over the paratha and flip it over to the other side.
cook well until brown spots appear on both sides.
