Homemade Health mix powder.This health mix powder is flavorful and healthy.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 30 Mins
Ragi – 250 gms
Whole wheat – 50 gm
Chanadal – 50 gm
Peanuts,cashewnuts -50gm
Whole green gram(Sirupayuru) –200 gm
Maize (Makka Cholam) –50 gm
Brown rice (Kaikuthal Arisi) - 100gm
Red rice(Sigappu Arisi) – 100 gm
Black Rice (Kavuni Arisi)– 100 gm
Sago( Javvarisi)– 50 gm
Kalachana – 50 gm
Foxtail Millet (Thinai) -100gm
Roasted gram dal(Porrikadalai) -50gm
Almonds - 30
Cardamom –Optional
Dry ginger(sukku) –2 inch

Method
Step :1
Clean all the ingredients.
Dry roast all the ingredients separately until you get a nice aroma.(Do not burn)
Do not dry roast the dry ginger.

Step 2:
Give it to the flour mill for grinding.After you get the powder store it in a airtight container.
You can use this powder for 3 to 4 months in a room temperature or keep it in the freezer for more than 6 months.
