Step :1
Heat one tablespoon of ghee in a pressure cooker and roast the sabudana for 3 to 4 minutes.Then add the roasted semiya and roast it for a minute.Then add the water and cook it 2 to 3 whistles.
(Here i am using roasted semiya or roast the semiya separately for 3 to 4 minutes.) | |
Step 2:
Once the pressure from the pressure cooker released automatically open the lid and add the sugar.
Switch ON the gas and keep it in a low flame.Add milk and mix it well.
Add the cardamom powder.
Heat one tablespoon of ghee in a pan and roast the cashewnuts and mix it with payasam. | |
Semiya Sabudana Payasam is now ready to taste.
