NO BAKE GRANOLA BARS / OATS BARS

Recipe Highlights
Healthy snacks
Ingredients Cooking Time : 10 Mins
Rolled oats – 1 1/2 cups
Cocoa powder – 2 teaspoon
Pitted Dates – 1 cup
Honey – 1/4 cup
Vanilla extract –1 teaspoon
Sliced almonds – 1/2 cup
Chocolate chips – 1/2 cup

Method
Step :1
Dry roast the oats in a pan until you get a nice aroma.
or
Preheat the oven to 350 F , spread oats in a baking pan and bake it 5 minutes.
Let the oats cool down completely.
Grind the dates and keep it aside.

Step 2:

Take a mixing bowl,add oats,cocoa powder,vanilla extract,almond slices,chocolate chips and mix everything.
Then add the grinded dates and honey and combine well.

Step 3:

Take a baking pan with parchment paper and press well the mixture.
Freeze for 15 to 20 minutes the cut them in to pieces.
Store them in airtight container for up to a week.

Granola Bar is now ready to taste
