PANEER PARATHA





Recipe Highlights
Paneer is a good source of protein and calcium.Paneer paratha is a popular paratha and most delicious paratha.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 20 Mins
Shredded Paneer – 1 cup
Redchilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander leaves
Salt – to taste
For Dough
Wheat flour – 1 cup
oil or ghee –as needed
salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Water – as needed

Method
Step :1
Shred the paneer.
Add finely chopped onions,chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder ,salt and coriander leaves.
Mix them together and make lemon sized balls.

Step 2:

Take a mixing bowl,add wheat flour,salt,oil and water.mix everything and make a soft dough.Let them rest for 15 to 20  minutes.
Divide the dough in to 5 to 6 equal lemon sized balls.
Dust a little flour and roll out the dough into circle.
Keep the stuffing in the center and gather all the corners and seal it.If you have excess dough,then just remove the excess and seal it.
Dust it with little flour and roll it down gently like chapatti.

Step 3:
Heat the pan and put the rolled out paratha.
Spread little ghee to all over the paratha and flip it over to the other side.
cook well until brown spots appear on both sides.
Serve hot with pickle and yogurt or your favorite masala.

Paneer Paratha is now ready to serve.
