Recipe Highlights
Kadai paneer is one of the best side dish for chapathi.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 30 Mins
Paneer – 250 grams
Oil- 2 teaspoon
Red chilli - 2
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste- 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Tomato - 2
Capsicum - 2
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1/4 teaspoon
Kasoori methi – 1 teaspoon
Salt - to taste

Method
Step :1
Heat oil in pan add cumin seeds and red chilli.Then add ginger garlic paste and saute it for a minute.
Then add turmeric powder saute it for few seconds.
Now add capsicum and saute it in a medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 2:

Then add tomatoes and saute it till tomato gets mushy.
Now add redchilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,kasoori methi and garam masala powder and saute it for 2 minutes.
Now add the paneer and mix it well.Let it cook it 2 to 3 minutes.Finally garnish it with coriander leaves.

Kadai paneer is now ready to serve.
