PEANUT LADOO

Healthy ladoo
Ingredients Cooking Time : 10 Mins
Peanuts – 2 cups
Jaggery – 1 cup(4 pieces)
Dry ginger powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Cardamom powder – 1/4 teaspoon

Method
Step :1
Dry roast the  raw peanuts in a heavy bottomed pan till the peanuts become browned and crunchy.
(To roast peanuts in oven:
Preheat the oven to 350 F and spread peanuts in a baking tray and bake it for 25 minutes.)
Let the peanuts cool down completely.peels off the skin from the peanuts by rubbing peanuts between your palms.

Step 2:

Now add the peanuts in the mixer or food processor.
Grind them into a coarse powder.Scrap the sides of the mixer.Then add jaggery pieces,cardamom powder and dry ginger powder.
Grind till  a bit of oil releases from the peanuts.Transfer to a plate and start rolling into a ladoo.
Store it a in airtight container.

Healthy peanut ladoo is now ready to taste.
