Step :1 Take the tofu and cut them into half.
Take a blender and put the tofu,salt and little water and blend it. | |
Step 2:
Take a mixing bowl add the grinded tofu and wheat flour. Spinkle little water and make a soft dough.Put some oil on the top of the dough and cover it and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Make equal size balls.Roll them into chapathi using rolling pin.

Step 3:
Heat the pan and put the Chapathi,drizzle oil and cook them on both sides till brown spots appear. Serve hot with your favorite masala. | |
Tofu chapathi is now ready to serve.
