BESAN LADOO

Healthy ladoo
Ingredients Cooking Time : 35  Mins
Besan flour /Chickpea flour – 2 cups
Sugar –  2 cups
Ghee – 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Cashew nuts - few

Method
Step :1
Heat ghee in a pan.Add besan flour and keep the flame  to low and roast the besan for 20 to 25 minutes until it changes golden brown in color and filled with nice aroma you can add some cashew nuts and cardamom powder while frying.(Do not burn the flour.)
Switch off the flame and let it cool down completely.

Step 2:

Take a mixer and  powdered the sugar.
Now add the sugar to the cooled mixture and mix it well and start shaping ladoo.

Besan Ladoo is now ready to taste.
