Malai Kesar Kulfi


Recipe Highlights
Malai kesar kulfi with few ingredients.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 30 Mins
Milk – 4 cups
Sugar –   1/4 to 1/2  cup
Bread- 1 slice
Corn Starch – 1 teaspoon
Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Saffron – few strands
Almond and pistachio - few

Method
Step :1
Take a wide pan and pour milk .Let them boil and reduced to 2 cups.Stir milk as needed to keep milk from burning.
Remove the sides of the bread and cut them into small pieces.
First grind bread pieces in the mixer.Take corn starch in a bowl.add 2 teaspoon of milk and mix it.Now add corn starch mix into the mixer along with bread pieces and make them in to a smooth paste.Keep it aside.
After it comes to 2 cups of milk,add the cornstarch bread mix into it and cook for another 5 minutes.
Finely chop and almonds and pistachio.
After 5 minutes add sugar,cardamom powder,saffron, almond and pistachio and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.Switch off the flame.
Let them cool down completely.Pour into Kulfi mould or popsicle mould  and freeze it for 7 to 8 hours.
Show the bottom part in the running water and remove the kulfi from the mould easily.
